Champagne Revolution

I am delighted to be joining author and wine importer Rob Walters for the ‘Champagne Revolution’ as part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival. Alongside fellow panelists Master Sommelier Sebastian Crowther and Adam Cotterell, we’ll take a journey through the Champagne region to taste the wines of the great growers and varied terroirs of Champagne.

As well as tasting a range of great grower champagnes, guests receive a copy of Rob’s recently published book Bursting Bubbles: A Secret History of Champagne and the Rise of the Great Growers.
